"The cayrou is a large, rectangular, solid brick made of terracotta, traditionally manufactured and used in the Catalan countries. In France, its manufacture only exists in one factory: the Briqueterie Sainte-Marcelle in Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts… Not far from SaintLaurent-de-Cerdans. The CAYROU stripe with its terracotta shades is a tribute to regional craftsmanship and to our factory partly made of this brick."
