Weaving in France on old shuttle looms: a unique weaving process which gives it great strength (Martindale: 40,000 cycles).


What can I do with a 43cm cotton canvas?
This fabric is ideal for suspended seating such as deck chairs, sun loungers, or fishing chairs. It is also used for making luggage and many accessories.

"This painting is inspired by Africa. It evokes the scorched lands of the savannah, the dry earth saturated with sun, the dust, the tall, dry grasses. These savannah landscapes are populated by wild animals: lions, panthers, antelopes, and traversed by herds of zebras. Finally, a few accents of green, orange, and red represent the rich beaded adornments of the Maasai hunters. An ode to raw, untamed nature, a tribal, masculine, and autumnal painting."

Interview
This cotton canvas is perfectly suited for both indoor and outdoor use. However, as cotton is a natural, living fiber, UV rays will alter its color over time. We recommend storing it in a sheltered place when not in use to protect it from the sun's and moon's UV rays.
Before the first wash, soak the fabric in cold water for 24 hours to minimize shrinkage. Machine washable at 60°C on a gentle spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.
