"This painting was initially inspired by archival documents dating from the 1950s.
At that time, multicolored corduroy was very fashionable (especially for espadrille canvas).
At the time this painting was created, an exhibition was being held in London dedicated to the English painter Tom Phillips, who had bordered his canvases with a multitude of multicolored stripes.
The design of this fabric is therefore based on two main principles: a very tight rhythm of stripes and an explosion of colors. In homage to this painter, we named it TOM.

Interview :

A soft brush is sufficient for maintenance.
Machine washable at 60°C with a gentle spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.
