What can I do with a 180cm cotton canvas?
With its generous width of 180cm, this fabric is perfectly suited for making table linens (tablecloths, napkins, placemats), decorative items (cushions, curtains, etc.), and upholstery. The dyes used for our yarns allow for repeated washings while preserving the colors.

“This fabric was initially inspired by archival documents dating back to the 1950s. At that time, multicolored pinstripes were very fashionable (especially for espadrille canvases). While designing this fabric, an exhibition was being held in London dedicated to the English painter Tom Phillips, who had bordered his canvases with a multitude of multicolored stripes. The design of this fabric is therefore based on two main principles: the very tight rhythm of the stripes and the explosion of colors. In homage to this painter, we named it TOM.”

Interview
This cotton canvas is perfectly suited for both indoor and outdoor use. However, as cotton is a natural, living fiber, UV rays will alter its color over time. We recommend storing it in a sheltered place when not in use to protect it from the sun's and moon's UV rays.
Before the first wash, soak the fabric in cold water for 24 hours to minimize shrinkage. Machine washable at 60°C on a gentle spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.
